Policies

1. There maybe slightly size difference from measurement provided (2-3cm).
2. All items will be inspected for defects before posting out.
3. Ready items will be posted within 2 working days (excluding weekend/Ph) upon confirmation of payment.
4. Item will be sent using SingPost - normal post, unless otherwise requested.
5. We will not hold any responsibility if the item goes missing or damaged through normal postage by SingPost.
6. Recommended to use registered postage as the delivery method(+$2.50)




* All items are in currency SGD.
* Confirmed/paid orders cannot be cancelled.
* Please clear all doubts before placing your order. Do ask for measurements if needed.
* We're not liable for any lost of packages through normal postage, hence registered postage is strongly recommended. (Especially for large orders.)
* Shopperslove reserve the rights to edit any part of Terms and Conditions without prior notice.



REFUNDS/EXCHANGE:
* Refund will be made only if item is/are out of stock.
* No refund for any cancellations of paid orders/lost packages/unsuitability of item to you.
* No refund or exchange of any items ordered. We will check the item before mailing it out to you.


Meet-up Details:
*Meet-ups available atPunggol Mrt or Sengkang Mrt ONLY.
*Orders have to be paid prior to meet-ups.
